Your Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a transport administrator for part-time work during the semester and scheduled work during the summer for our client in the transport sector.

As a transport administrator, you will work with corrections in lists and documentation for carriers and customers. Printing documentation for carriers and trucking companies is also part of the tasks, as well as other administrative tasks related to the logistics flow. Additionally, there may be some contact with customers and carriers, but with support from traffic management colleagues.

This work is scheduled early in the morning when loading occurs, so if you are an early riser, this might suit you perfectly.

Training will take place in the spring (where there is also an opportunity to work extra), and in the summer, you will work on a schedule. The working hours will be 04:00-12:30. The client expects the need to cover most of the summer.

Your Profile

To be considered for this position, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%, such as CSN-eligible studies, another job of at least 50%, or elite sports. We prefer that your employment continues for at least a few more years in the same capacity, as the client wants the solution to be long-term. There will also be opportunities for both part-time work and summer jobs even after this summer.

We would like you to have good structure in your work, handle administrative tasks with precision, and communicate well with others. Good IT skills will be a success factor in this position.

You should have a driver's license and access to a car, or be prepared to cycle, as public transport does not fit these working hours.
